Superintendent Liaison, Director of the CESA 2 New Teacher Project Email Phone: 608.843.6910 Dr. Lynee Tourdot joined CESA 2 in 2015 after 27 years in education as a Teacher, Vocational Coordinator, Curriculum Director, and Assistant Superintendent. Her work at CESA 2 began in Educator Effectiveness and Instructional Coaching. She now leads our New Teacher Project and Mentor training and works with our Superintendents as a Liaison in the Liaison Project. The Liaison Project is designed to support superintendents and create a communication mechanism that allows CESA 2 to stay abreast of our districts' current and future needs. Lynee graduated with a degree in Business Retailing and ran a $1 M store in Madison before changing course and earning her degree in teaching and administration and working in education. She earned her PhD in Education Leadership and Policy Analysis for Social Justice Leaders in 2012. She has worked in both rural and urban school districts and came to CESA with a wide range of experience in all areas of education.
Experienced in Educator Development Lynee has specialized in equity, instruction, and assessment and coaching of both teachers and administrators. She has worked with large and small districts on improving what they do through instruction and growth through the Educator Effectiveness process. She has been trained in many methods of instructional design and assessment, and integrates that learning in the programs she provides for districts.
