Innovative Student Loan Solutions |
Assist your employees with the reduction or elimination of their student loan debt through CESA 2’s partnership with the Hamilton County ESC and Fiducius.
The Innovative Student Loan Solutions (ISLS) team uses the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program established by Congress in 2007 to work with employees to reduce monthly student loan payments and maximize loan forgiveness. ISLS can also assist employees in the financing of advanced degrees and to increase retirement account contributions through the reductions of student loan payments.
This program is open to all full-time employees in your organization regardless of position or title. There is no “cap” on the loan forgiveness amount. Districts do not incur any costs by offering this benefit to employees.
