CoSN K-12 Gen AI Maturity Leadership Summit
This Summit equips district decision-makers and instructional leaders with tools to assess their district's preparedness/implementation for generative AI using nationally endorsed resources — which includes the K–12 Gen AI Maturity Tool, developed by CoSN, CGCS, and AWS. This model reveals areas of growth and provides a clear path to maturity in all areas of an organization.

CESA 2’s AI Readiness & Leadership Collaborative is a unique opportunity for educational leadership teams to comprehensively assess their district’s safety, privacy, and security in regard to AI implementation; as well as prepare their district for various aspects of AI literacy including ethics and guidelines of classroom use.
This monthly series aims to provide a forum for educators to exchange ideas, learn new strategies, and exemplary models in a supportive and inspiring environment.
