CESA 2 established this new center to heighten the educational experience and give teachers the formal instruction they need to teach in Wisconsin schools.

Meet Tere Masiarchin
Senior Director of Licensing, Evaluation & Support
Tere has been working with school districts and educators since 1997. She began her career in education as an AmeriCorps volunteer teaching adult EL courses and working with refugees. By 2001, she had completed her Master's Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of Minnesota-Mankato.
