Curriculum & Coaching
Comprehensive support for curriculum and a coaching model that enables educators to improve their systems and practices.
Partnering With Districts to Strengthen Teaching, Learning, and Leadership
Districts are navigating complex instructional decisions—new standards, curriculum adoption, accountability shifts, and increasing learner variability. The CESA 2 Curriculum & Coaching Center of Excellence (CCC) partners with districts to design coherent, sustainable systems so all students can access rigorous, grade-level instruction.
We work alongside leaders, coaches, and educators—listening first, aligning next, and supporting implementation through coaching and collaboration.
From Fragmentation to Focus
Do Initiatives feel fragmented or overwhelming?
Do you know what needs to change, but want support in determining how to move forward?
Do teachers have sufficient alignment or coaching to implement new expectations?
Are you successfully balancing standards, curriculum, data, and accountability while supporting increasingly diverse learners?
Many districts are not looking for another program. They are looking for a trusted partner to help bring clarity, coherence, and momentum to their work.
How We Partner With Districts
Our partnerships are grounded in trust, shared responsibility, and long-term capacity building. We tailor our work to district context, priorities, and constraints—because sustainable improvement depends on alignment, not add-ons.
Without coherent systems, districts risk fragmented implementation, uneven access to instruction, and increased pressure on leaders and teachers. CCC partnerships are designed to reduce that risk by aligning expectations, building internal capacity, and supporting leaders through complex instructional change.
How Districts Experience Working With Us
We begin by understanding your district context, priorities, and constraints
We serve as a neutral partner when decisions are complex or politically sensitive
We align curriculum, instruction, assessment, data, and grading so the work is coherent
We use embedded coaching to move plans into practice
This approach helps districts move from fragmented initiatives to coherent systems that support teachers, strengthen instruction, and improve student access to learning.
Strands of Support: Our Work, Organized Around Districts
The Curriculum & Coaching Center of Excellence partners with districts to design coherent systems of teaching and learning. We organize our work around the real questions leaders and educators are trying to answer, so districts can see their context reflected and identify a clear place to begin.
Our four interconnected strands address curriculum alignment, data coherence, instructional practice, and collaborative networks. Together, they create the conditions for rigorous Tier 1 instruction, meaningful data use, sustained professional growth, and systemwide improvement.
Explore each strand below to learn how we partner with districts to move from intention to impact.
