Unpacked Math Standards  this North Carolina document gives details for each of the broad domains within the high school standards, with this one focused on geometry. Resources on algebra, functions, number and quantity, and statistics and probability might also be relevant.
Kansas Common Core Flipbook for HS  this "flipbook" from the Kansas Association of Teachers of Mathematics is fantastic! While it is integrated at high school, it deeply describes the standards individually and provides sample problems, student misconceptions, and connections to other related standards (progressions).
Illustrative Mathematics  for each of the domains of high school math, you can click to reveal the common core standards and then click "see illustrations", which provides a list of rich math tasks that cover these concepts. Also gives further details on the Standards for Mathematical Practice.
Inside Mathematics  this extensive resource from the Noyce Foundation provides many resources including a video clip of an exemplary 9/10 lesson connecting to the mathematical practices. They also have videos from across most grade levels demonstrating math practices. There are initial resource pages for the high school standards of number and quantity, algebra, functions, geometry, and statistics.
Balanced Assessment  links to basic and exemplar HS level performancetype assessments, developed at Harvard. There are two other pages of Balanced Assessment materials  one links to two, extensive packets of resources and one is a list of advanced level resources. There is also a listing of technologybased assessment materials, which typically require spreadsheet software and/or a graphing calculator.

NSDL Collection of Common Core Math for HS  this page contains a digital collection of math related resources, lessons, websites and games by math standard for high school.
SECC Videos for Understanding the CCSS in Math in High School  series of videos designed to clarify the meaning of individual standards by discussing the language of the standard and giving an example problem (has K12 videos available).
Sample Math Tasks and Assessments for Geometry
Mathematics Assessment Project  this resource includes lessons, tasks and assessments (formative too) direclty connected to the math standards by grade level. Dig around  it's surprising how much is here, including tasks linked to the math practices.
MARS Geometry Task  this task from MARS asks students to figure out lengths of sides of triangles and quadrilaterals making up a rectangle and then reconfigure them into a square, explaining their reasoning. At the bottom there is an answer rubric. There is also an instructional guide available.
Computerbased items released from Smarter Balanced  there have been a set of computerbased items released that you can go through and actually answer online. If you go to the top of the page you can select, "view more sample items" to see a list of sample questions by grade level. You can also select "about this item" at the top to see which specific standards connect to the test item.
