Kansas Common Core Flipbook for 2nd Grade  this "flipbook" from the Kansas Association of Teachers of Mathematics is fantastic! It deeply describes the standards individually and provides sample problems, student misconceptions, and connections to other related standards (progressions).
Collection of K2 Mathematics Tasks  a collection of highquality tasks that align with the approach of the Common Core (thanks to the Albuquerque Public Schools!)  The acronym for the strand (or topic) of each task is described at the bottom of the page.

Standards for Mathematical Practices in Second Grade  scroll down for details on how these practices can be integrated in 2nd grade math instruction. A district in Utah has produced posters of each of the math practices modified for each grade level K6, with examples.
SECC Videos for Understanding the CCSS in Math in 2nd Grade  series of videos designed to clarify the meaning of individual standards by discussing the language of the standard and giving an example problem (has K12 videos available).

The Utah Education Network has a great page of 2nd grade resources  each of the standards domains has a links button that will take you to performance tasks and activities for your students that emphasize critical thinking connected to the CCSS.
The North Carolina DPI has a good resource page for 2nd grade math assessment. There are performance tasks and quarterly summative assessments for the students to determine their basic mathematics understanding.
