English Language Learners

Title III Consortium
Districts who receive federal aid and join a consortium receive more benefits and services throughout the year. Consortium and network meetings are held, and technical training is provided to screen children for ELL services and for the ACCESS for ELL test given annually. Consortium members attend all ELL meetings as a part of their service and pay a reduced fee for any ELL professional development events offered. DPI updates, Tools for the Toolbox Series and professional development resources are also included in consortium services.
